CORESPLITTER CONTROL PANEL
A customer in Cornwall came to MasterDesign Solutions for a full electrical design and build.
The build was for an electrical panel that would operate a motor- controlled application. The panel would manage the motion and positioning of a cutter ready for its operational work.
In this specific build, the customer requested the use of certain manufacturer-issued parts, a request we accommodated in full.
To design the panel we used EPlan, which facilitated the design process and contributed to increased efficiency in the schematics. The panel was controlled by relay logic, which further benefited the customer with their budget costs.
7.5KW DRIVE LIQUID BLENDING PANEL
A customer, based in Liverpool, came to MasterDesign Solutions for a full electrical design and build.
This customer needed a quick and simple design using EPlan Pro Panel, with the drawings being converted into AutoCad for the customer's benefit.
This panel consisted of a ABB 7.5kW Drive Safety Pilz unit to comply with all safety requirements.
This panel was also required to communicate with the main PLC Panel.
